Our Shipping Policy
Ordered items are normally dispatched within three working days after payment is received. Delivery time will generally be around 2-3 working days for local shipments, and 7-10 working days for international shipments.
We ship worldwide from Borobudur, Indonesia. All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the products and payment are completed. We send all items securely via DHL (dhl.com). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Fee
Transport costs will be calculated according to the number of items and weight of the goods, or according to the weight/volume ratio and on the basis of the place of delivery.
Duty and Import Tax
Shipping fee excludes any import taxes and custom fees which will be imposed by the destination country’s regulation upon arrival of the package. Any custom clearance process and import duty imposed by the local authorities will be the customer’s responsibility.
Our return policy
We have a three-day return policy, which means you have three days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns up to 3 days upon arrival, if you find the order is incorrect and in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@pramanacraft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damages and issues
Defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and a photo and video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or bought using voucher codes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
