Orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the products and payment are completed.
SHIPPING
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Transport costs are calculated based on the number of items and weight of the goods, or according to the weight/volume ratio and the place of delivery.
Any duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping cost.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND
We have a three-day return policy. You have three days after receiving your item to request a return if the order is incorrect and in its original condition.
Contact us at hello@pramanacraft.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and a photo and video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Telegraphic/Swift Wire Transfer (T/T)
Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders above US$ 50,000
Please note that a 50% down payment is required to start production. The remaining payment must be made upon invoice after the container is loaded. Original documents will be sent to the consignee upon receipt of the transfer.
For custom/wholesale orders, we accept Full Container Load (FCL), with a minimum of 1 x 20 ft container. You may mix more than one type of product in one container (maximum 5 types/variants). The cargo will be shipped from the Port of Tanjung Mas, Semarang, Central Java. The pricing will be calculated on a Free on Board (FOB) basis.
Yes, we can make a sample product according to your design, which will be sent by air freight (DHL) from either Central Java or Yogyakarta. Please contact us for further details.
